The Solimans runs a healthy meal plan delivery service in Bali. Every day you pick from 15 freshly cooked meals across three menus (Balanced, High Protein and Vegan), each priced individually between Rp 85K and Rp 140K with calories, protein, carbs and fat shown. You order at least 2 meals a day for 5 to 7 days, and we deliver Monday to Saturday across Canggu, Pererenan and Munggu.

What is The Solimans meal plan?

We are a kitchen and restaurant in Seseh, founded by Yousri Soliman, an MMA fighter who wanted food that tasted good and did a job. Our chefs and dietitians build the menu together, using whole ingredients and local Balinese suppliers wherever we can. Everything on the menu is halal, with no pork or alcohol.

The menu runs on a two-week rotation. Each menu has five meals per day: one breakfast and four lunch or dinner mains. That gives you 15 options every day, and each delivery day across the fortnight has its own line-up, so you are not eating the same chicken and rice on repeat.

How does ordering a meal plan in Bali work?

  1. Open build your week and choose your days (five, six or seven).
  2. For each day, pick at least two meals from any of the three menus. Your total and daily macros update as you go.
  3. Pay online with QRIS, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, bank transfer or card, or order on WhatsApp if you prefer.
  4. Meals arrive in the morning runs, ready to eat or reheat.

Need to stop for a trip or a few days of eating out? Pause or cancel with 24 hours' notice. If you have specific macro targets or medical requirements, a custom meal plan is built around them.

Which menu should I choose?

The three menus are built for different goals, but you can mix them freely. Here is how they compare on average per meal, using our current menu data:

Menu Price per meal Avg kcal Avg protein Avg carbs Avg fat
Balanced Rp 85K–140K ~718 ~50g ~65g ~29g
High Protein Rp 100K–140K ~619 ~54g ~29g ~32g
Vegan Rp 90K–120K ~726 ~45g ~77g ~27g
  • Balanced suits most people who train and want proper carbs: wraps, pasta, rice bowls, burgers and overnight oats.
  • High Protein keeps carbs lower with cauliflower rice, shirataki noodles and big salads. It is the go-to for cutting.
  • Vegan uses tofu, tempeh, falafel and vegan chicken, beef and cheese alternatives, and still averages around 45g protein a meal.

Across all three menus, meals range from 308 to 1,095 kcal and 20 to 81g protein, so there is room to eat for a bulk, a cut or simple maintenance.

What does a typical day look like?

Here is a real example from week 1, Tuesday, on the Balanced menu:

Meal kcal Protein Price
Waffle Apple Cinnamon Breakfast 758 38g Rp 100K
Rice Chicken Mashawi 647 52g Rp 100K
Champion's Chicken Burger 690 66g Rp 100K
Total 2,095 156g Rp 300K

That is three meals and over 150g of protein for the day without cooking or counting anything yourself. Use the macro calculator to see where your own targets sit.

Where do you deliver in Bali?

Our drivers cover the Canggu to Pererenan zone, twice a day, Monday to Saturday:

Run Window
Breakfast ~9–10 AM
Lunch and dinner ~11 AM–12 PM

That covers Canggu, Pererenan, Seseh, Berawa, Umalas, Batu Bolong and Echo Beach. Anywhere outside that zone, we can send your meals with Gojek. Sunday is our day off, so if you order seven days, Sunday's meals come with Saturday's drop.

Who is a Bali meal plan for?

Prefer to order one meal at a time? Our restaurant in Seseh is on GrabFood and GoFood, and our healthy food delivery page explains both options.

Is a meal plan better than cooking or eating out in Bali?

It depends on your kitchen, your schedule and your goals. Cooking can be cheapest if you have a proper kitchen and time to shop. Eating out is flexible but makes tracking macros guesswork. A meal plan sits in between: a fixed, known cost and known macros, with no shopping or washing up. We break it down honestly in meal prep vs cooking vs eating out in Bali and how to find the best meal prep in Bali.
