Below you'll find our real price table, worked out from the current menu, plus typical ranges for eating at warungs, cafés or cooking at home, so you can compare like with like.
What does a Solimans meal cost?
Every meal is priced individually. Here is how prices break down across the three menus on our two-week rotation:
| Plan | Price per meal | Avg. kcal | Avg. protein |
|---|---|---|---|
| Balanced | Rp 85K–140K | ~718 | ~50 g |
| High Protein | Rp 100K–140K | ~619 | ~54 g |
| Vegan | Rp 90K–120K | ~726 | ~45 g |
Most meals cost Rp 100K: that is the price of 84 of the 180 menu slots across the two-week rotation. Vegan meals are almost all Rp 90K. Most beef dishes on the Balanced and High Protein menus are Rp 125K, and most salmon dishes sit at the top price of Rp 140K.
What does a Solimans meal plan cost per day and per week?
The minimum is 2 meals a day for 5–7 days a week. Sunday is our kitchen's day off, so on a seven-day plan your Sunday meals arrive with Saturday's delivery. Here are the most common setups:
| Setup | Per day | 5 days | 6 days | 7 days |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 Vegan meals (Rp 90K each) | Rp 180K | Rp 900K | Rp 1.08M | Rp 1.26M |
| 2 meals at Rp 100K | Rp 200K | Rp 1M | Rp 1.2M | Rp 1.4M |
| 3 Vegan meals | Rp 270K | Rp 1.35M | Rp 1.62M | Rp 1.89M |
| 3 meals at Rp 100K | Rp 300K | Rp 1.5M | Rp 1.8M | Rp 2.1M |
| 2 salmon meals (Rp 140K each) | Rp 280K | Rp 1.4M | Rp 1.68M | Rp 1.96M |
| Full Vegan day (5 meals) | Rp 450K | Rp 2.25M | Rp 2.7M | Rp 3.15M |
A full day of all five Balanced meals costs Rp 500K–575K depending on the day, and a full High Protein day costs Rp 525K–565K. Very few people order all five; most pick two or three meals and handle the rest themselves.

How does that compare with eating out or cooking in Bali?
Prices outside our kitchen vary a lot by area, season and how touristy a place is, so treat these as rough, typical ranges rather than exact figures:
| Option | Typical cost per meal (approx.) | What you know about the macros |
|---|---|---|
| Local warung (e.g. nasi campur) | Around Rp 25K–40K | Very little; meat portions are often small |
| Western-style café main in Canggu | Often around Rp 80K–150K, plus tax and service where added | Rarely listed |
| Smoothie bowl | Often around Rp 60K–100K | Rarely listed; usually low in protein |
| Cooking at home | Varies widely with what you buy | Whatever you weigh and track yourself |
| Solimans meal plan | Rp 85K–140K, delivery included in our zone | Calories, protein, carbs and fat on every dish |
A warung is clearly the cheapest way to eat in Bali, and it is great food. The trade-off is control: if you are trying to eat 150 g of protein a day or stay in a calorie deficit, it is hard to know where you stand. Cafés cost roughly what a meal plan does, sometimes more once tax and service are added, without the numbers. Cooking at home is usually cheapest per meal if you stick to local produce, but imported staples such as salmon, cheese, oats or protein powder can cost noticeably more than they do at home, and you pay in time: shopping, cooking and washing up in a villa kitchen.

What affects the price of a meal plan in Bali?
A few things move the number up or down, with us and with any provider:
- How many meals a day. The biggest factor. Two meals a day costs less than half of a full five-meal day.
- Which protein. Plant-based and chicken dishes cost less; beef and especially salmon cost more.
- How many days. Five, six or seven days a week. Seven days does not add an extra delivery for us, because Sunday comes with Saturday.
- Goal-specific portions. Big bulking days need more food, so more meals. Cutting days can need fewer.
- Custom requirements. Extra protein or a fully custom plan built around medical needs or exact macros may be priced differently.
- Delivery distance. Inside our zone (Canggu, Pererenan, Seseh, Berawa, Batu Bolong, Echo Beach, Umalas), delivery comes with the plan. Further away we use Gojek.
How to work out your own budget
Start with your goal rather than the price. Work out roughly how many calories and how much protein you need, then decide how many of those calories you want handled by a meal plan.
For example, if you need around 2,400 kcal a day, three of our Balanced meals (about 718 kcal on average) would cover most of it, at around Rp 300K–420K a day depending on the dishes. Two meals plus a home-cooked breakfast and some fruit would cover a similar amount from around Rp 200K. Our guide to finding the best meal prep in Bali walks through the decision step by step, and you can check every dish on this week's menu before you commit.
Can I change my plan if the budget doesn't work?
Yes. You can pause or cancel with 24 hours' notice, and you choose your meals week by week, so you can drop to two meals a day or switch to more Vegan dishes at any time. Payment is online by QRIS, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, bank transfer or card, or you can order on WhatsApp. When you're ready, build your week and the total shows before you pay.
Questions
How much does a meal plan cost per week in Bali?+
At The Solimans, a minimum plan of 2 meals a day for 5 days costs from Rp 900K on the Vegan menu, or Rp 1M with meals at Rp 100K. Three meals a day at Rp 100K for seven days is Rp 2.1M.
What is the cheapest meal plan option at The Solimans?+
Two Vegan meals a day for five days, at Rp 90K per meal, which comes to Rp 900K a week. The two oat breakfasts on the Balanced menu are also Rp 85K each.
Why is a meal plan more expensive than a warung?+
A nasi campur at a local warung typically costs around Rp 25K–40K, but you don't know the calories or protein, and portions of meat are often small. A meal plan is portioned and counted for a goal, includes delivery, and saves you time shopping and cooking.
Is it cheaper to cook for yourself in Bali?+
Usually, in pure grocery cost, especially if you buy local produce. Imported foods like salmon, cheese or protein powder can push supermarket bills up quickly, and cooking takes time that many people would rather spend working or training.
Do Solimans prices include delivery?+
Delivery is included within our own zone across Canggu, Pererenan and Munggu, including Seseh, Cemagi, Tumbak Bayuh, Berawa, Batu Bolong, Echo Beach and Umalas. Outside that area we can send meals by Gojek.
Can I see my total before I pay?+
Yes. The order builder shows your weekly total live as you pick each meal, and you pay online by QRIS, e-wallet, bank transfer or card.
