Meal prep delivery in Seminyak

By The Solimans team · Yousri Soliman’s kitchen in Bali · Updated

Yes, The Solimans delivers meal prep to Seminyak, and it comes by Gojek. Our own team covers Canggu, Pererenan, Seseh, Berawa and Umalas, Monday to Saturday; Seminyak is just beyond that, so a Gojek driver brings your meals from our Seseh kitchen instead. You pay the Gojek fare directly, it depends on distance, and we confirm it on WhatsApp before your first delivery. Meals cost from Rp 85K (Rp 85K–140K), with 15 dishes a day to choose from.

How does meal delivery to Seminyak work?

Seminyak sits close to Umalas and Berawa, so the ride from Seseh is shorter than to most places outside our zone. Here is how it runs:

Seminyak (by Gojek)
Who delivers A Gojek driver, booked from our Seseh kitchen
Delivery fee Paid by you to the driver; depends on distance, confirmed on WhatsApp first
Delivery time You can ask for a specific time
Days Monday–Saturday; Sunday's meals come with Saturday's drop
Price per meal Rp 85K–140K
Minimum order 2 meals a day, 5–7 days a week
Pause or cancel 24 hours' notice

Because Gojek lets you pick a time, Seminyak orders can fit around a late start, a morning workout or a client call rather than a fixed run. Lunch and dinner usually travel together, so put the evening meal straight in the fridge.

Who orders meal prep in Seminyak?

Seminyak is the polished end of the coast: beach clubs, boutiques, restaurants and a lot of villas, many of them holiday rentals. That makes it easy to eat well for a night and hard to eat well for a week. Long lunches, sunset drinks and late dinners add up quickly, especially if you came to Bali wanting to come home a little leaner rather than heavier.

A meal plan doesn't stop you enjoying any of that. It just takes care of the meals you would otherwise grab without thinking, so a beach club afternoon is a choice, not the default. Every box lists its calories, protein, carbs and fat, which makes the maths simple.

Lighter meals for Seminyak: under 600 kcal

For this page we have pulled the High Protein plan mains at 600 kcal or less, lightest first. They lean on shirataki noodles, cauliflower rice, salads and lean proteins, so you keep the protein high while the calories stay modest.

A few with the full numbers:

Dish kcal Protein Carbs Fat Price
Bolognese Shirataki 308 30 g 20 g 12 g Rp 100K
Seafood Shirataki 335 44 g 24 g 7 g Rp 100K
Fit Parmigiana and Napoletana Shirataki 446 56 g 15 g 18 g Rp 100K
Shirataki Chicken Stir Fry 518 57 g 32 g 18 g Rp 100K
Champion's Lettuce Chicken Burger 567 65 g 16 g 27 g Rp 100K
Chicken Tawook and Tabbouleh 600 72 g 33 g 20 g Rp 100K

Across the whole High Protein menu, meals average around 619 kcal and 54 g of protein with about 29 g of carbs, the lowest-carb of our three plans.

A lighter day in Seminyak: an example

Two meals a day is the minimum, and for many people in Seminyak that is the sweet spot: lunch and dinner covered, breakfast and the odd evening out left to you.

Meal Dish kcal Protein Price
Lunch Seafood Shirataki 335 44 g Rp 100K
Dinner Chicken Tawook and Tabbouleh 600 72 g Rp 100K
Total 935 116 g Rp 200K

Both are on the Week 1 Wednesday menu. That is Rp 200K a day before the Gojek fare, or Rp 1.2M for a six-day week. High protein with moderate calories tends to keep you fuller for longer, which helps if you are aiming for a steady 300–500 kcal daily deficit. We never promise how much weight you will lose, and anyone with a medical condition should check with a doctor or dietitian first.

Questions

Do you deliver to Seminyak?+

You pay the Gojek driver fee directly. It depends on the distance to your address, so we confirm it with you on WhatsApp before your first delivery. The meals themselves cost Rp 85K–140K each.

Can I choose my delivery time in Seminyak?+

Yes. Because Seminyak deliveries go by Gojek, you can ask for a specific time rather than fitting into our own breakfast and lunch runs. Agree it with us on WhatsApp when you order.

What is the minimum order for meal prep in Seminyak?+

Two meals a day, for five to seven days a week, the same as everywhere we deliver. You can mix Balanced, High Protein and Vegan dishes freely.
