Meal prep delivery in Ubud
By The Solimans team · Yousri Soliman’s kitchen in Bali · Updated
Yes, The Solimans delivers meal prep to Ubud, by Gojek. Our own team covers the Canggu side of the island (Canggu, Pererenan, Seseh, Berawa, Umalas and nearby), so Ubud orders go with a Gojek driver from our Seseh kitchen. It is a long ride inland, often an hour or more depending on traffic. You pay the Gojek fare directly, it depends on distance, and we confirm it on WhatsApp before your first delivery. Meals are from Rp 85K (Rp 85K–140K), and most Vegan dishes are Rp 90K.
How does meal delivery to Ubud work?
Ubud is one of the longest trips we send, so the plan is simple: one drop a day, straight into the fridge.
| Ubud (by Gojek) | |
|---|---|
| Who delivers | A Gojek driver, booked from our Seseh kitchen |
| Ride time | Long; often an hour or more, depending on traffic |
| Delivery fee | You pay the driver; depends on distance, confirmed on WhatsApp first |
| Delivery time | You can ask for a specific time |
| Days | Monday–Saturday; Sunday's meals come with Saturday's drop |
| Price per meal | Rp 85K–140K (Vegan mostly Rp 90K) |
| Minimum order | 2 meals a day, 5–7 days a week |
Our recommendation: order all of the day's meals in a single Gojek drop and refrigerate them on arrival. It keeps you to one fare a day and one delivery to wait for. If the distance and fare don't add up for you, ask us on WhatsApp first and we will give you a straight answer.
Who orders meal prep in Ubud?
Ubud is inland Bali: rice terraces, jungle valleys, and a long-standing reputation for yoga, meditation and wellness. Plenty of people here eat plant-based, and plenty of them run into the same problem. Vegan food is easy to find, but vegan food with a solid amount of protein, and a calorie count you can trust, takes more work, especially if you are practising twice a day or training alongside your yoga.
Our Vegan plan is built for that. Meals average around 726 kcal, 45 g protein, 77 g carbs and 27 g fat, and each one lists its numbers and ingredients.
Lighter vegan meals for practice days
The showcase below shows Vegan mains at 700 kcal or less, lightest first, for days when you want to feel light on the mat. On the Vegan menu, "chicken", "beef" and "cheese" are plant-based versions.
Vegan511 kcal · 47g PBolognese Pasta GF
Rp 90K
Vegan512 kcal · 44g PPenne Chicken Pasta
Rp 90K
Vegan543 kcal · 34g PGrill Tofu Caramelized

| Dinner | Grill Tempeh Salsa | 738 | 45 g | Rp 90K |
